Description

Looking for a delicious way to fuel up while keeping those carbs in check? Look no further! This low sugar smoothie is a powerhouse of nutrients, low in carbs, and high in all the good stuff your body craves! It’s ketogenic diet friendly too.

  • Rich in Protein and Fiber
  • High in Healthy Fats
  • Frothy Texture with MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) Powder
  • Rich in Antioxidants

In this recipe, I’m swapping MCT oil for MCT powder, and trust me, it’s a game changer! Not only does it give that perfect frothy texture, but it’s also superior in taste. Plus, it boosts satiety and delivers brain-boosting MCTs.

Did you know Metagenics’ MCT powder is packed with 90% caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) acid triglycerides, offering not just a creamy texture but also cognitive health and mitochondrial function benefits. This means clearer thinking and more energy!
