But a quick note: if you’re new to MCT oil or flax, go easy at first to avoid any surprises in the bathroom! Start with half the recommended serving and work your way up.

For one serving:

1012 fl oz fresh-brewed organic coffee

1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

1 Tbl whole flax seeds
1 scoop whey protein vanilla (Metagenics)

2 scoops MCT powder (Metagenics)

1 scoop collagen vanilla (Metagenics) or Ancient Nutrition

1 Tbl organic peanut butter (or any nut butter)

34 drops Monk fruit liquid (adjust to taste)

Ice (optional)
